David Krieger, Esq. 
David has over 10 years of bankruptcy law practice and has handled 1,000's of bankruptcy cases. After founding the Rutgers Bankruptcy Law Journal and serving as its editor-in-chief, David went on to intern for the Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York (along with Delaware, the busiest bankruptcy court in the U.S.) for the Honorable Judge James Garrity, Jr. Thereafter he practiced bankruptcy law with Pearce, Vort & Fleisig in New Jersey before joining with George Haines in 2004 to start Haines & Krieger in Las Vegas. David grew up in New York City and has made his home in Las Vegas since 2004. He graduated from New York University majoring in Philosophy and Fine Arts.
